- Work closely with Client & Merchant Services Unit Head and other stakeholders to enhance and document processes relative to Card Production and Delivery but not limited to the following:
- Ordering, payment and monitoring of blank plastic stocks
- Inventory of blank plastic stocks and personalized cards
- Initial release and redelivery of cards tagging in the system
- Card Delivery monitoring
- Destruction of spoiled blank plastics and aged cards
- Review of Delivery Reports and escalation on non-compliance to the Service Level Agreement with the service provider
- Courier Management and performance assessment
- Customer Complaints handling and resolution
- Other processes that may arise related to Card Production and Delivery
- Ensure maker-checker is in place and observes proper segregation of duties and responsibilities.
