I. Job Summary
Implements strategies to increase Credit Card and Debit Card usage, enhance customer loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value. Develops programs with key merchants to entice card spending. This role involves leading a team, analyzing customer data, and coordinating with various departments for successful program execution.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Development of Marketing Programs to Entice Card Usage
- Conducts market research to determine requirement of target market
- Prepares business plan for the proposed program to be endorsed by cross functional units
- Collaborates with Marketing Services on the design of promo communication materials
- Handles customer service training for the details of the program
- Develops Credit & Debit Card Usage Programs that will contribute to the achievement of total revenue targets
