Cardiac Rehabilitation Fitness Instructor

We want you to develop and deliver a comprehensive high-quality Cardiac Rehabilitation exercise programme for patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions in line with national standards.
Our service is for patients aged 18 years and above and will be delivered in a variety of locations across the Torbay and South Devon NHS foundation Trust locality.
You will act as a skilled autonomous practitioner choosing, planning and developing the most appropriate treatment programmes tailored to individual needs ensuring access to high quality and equitable service for all patients in either hospital or community settings.
You will report directly to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse Specialists.
