Reason for Coverage: Backfill/Bench provider at facility FTE or Shifts per month needed: .5 FTE (opposite a locum already scheduled) Inpatient, Outpatient or both: Both Target start date and Length of need:

- June 8-12, 15-19 April - ongoing, rotating week on/week off through December 2026
Locums Shift Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (8 hour day with 1 hour lunch); 1 day in office, all other days in hospital/EP Lab Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities: No call Type of patients / cases / procedures required: a fib/flutter ablation, pacemakers, icds, SVT ablations, tilt tables, bi-v devices Patients Per Day/Volume: Office: 19/day; Hospital: 8-10 per day Available support staff & physician support: EP lab staff, MA and nurse in the office.
