+ **Facility Name:** Daviess Community Hospital; Ascension St. Vincent multi-specialty clinic in Washington
+ **Schedule:** Full-time 1.0; Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Occasional weekend call rotation
+ **Incentives:** Salary model with aggressive experience and specialty driven compensation
+ **CME:** $2,500 annually with 5 additional days outside of PTO
