Position: Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology (1 opening)
Advance cardiac care in the Bronx as an NP on a collaborative team managing diverse heart patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cardiology clinics: echoes, stress tests, and rhythm monitoring
- Optimize heart failure therapy, hypertension control, and anticoagulation
- Provide inpatient consults, device checks, and discharge coordination
- Promote preventive cardiology and patient education
Qualifications:
- Adult-Gerontology or Family NP certification with NY license
- Cardiology experience preferred; ANCC/CCN certification ideal
- BLS/ACLS; proficiency in EKGs and cardiac imaging
