- Practice Setting (Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic): Inpatient/Call
- Reason for Coverage: Shortage in providers
- Dates of Coverage: July onward: 1-2 weeks consisting of Monday through Friday and weekends
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-4
- Call Schedule: weekend call: 2+ weekends a month
- Call Ratio: weekend call: 2:4 does not have to be consecutive
- Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 20
- Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 0
- Trauma Level/Designation: 2
- Total Number of Beds: Mainland 400; City 200
- Number of ICU Beds: 23
