Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist for a long-term locum opportunity in Northern New York. The client is seeking one physician able to provide consistent coverage 3 weeks per month for a 6 9 month assignment.
Assignment Details
* Start: ASAP (anticipated early August after credentialing)
* Assignment Length: 6 9 months
* Consistent coverage preferred
* One provider covering 3 weeks/month strongly preferred
Schedule
* Monday Thursday
* 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
* Coverage required 3 weeks per month
Call Coverage
* Night call as needed
* 4:00 PM 8:00 AM
* Used primarily to fill coverage gaps
Practice Setting
* General Cardiology
* Acute Care Hospital + Outpatient Clinic
* Solo physician practice environment
* Epic EMR
Clinical Responsibilities
* Outpatient cardiology clinic
* Hospital consults service coverage
* Stress test supervision
* General cardiology evaluations and follow-up care
