Global Fraud and Credit Services is a first line of defence control function in WPB, with the core purpose of supporting the entire customer fraud & credit journeys and creating sustainable outcomes for the Customer and the Bank. It consists of core sub-functions: Credit Bureau Management; WPB Decision Systems; Underwriting Services; Collections; and Fraud.
