Conduct in depth performance analysis of card usage, customer activity, and campaign effectiveness.

Handle end to end implementation of new card products and strategic

initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational teams.

Lead induction and awareness sessions for branch staff and newly hired employees about card products and customer programs.

Support call center, collections, and credit teams with updated card information.

Education: University degree from a reputable university.

Experience: Min. 1-3 years' experience.
