- Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent card segments.
- Ensure timely onboarding of benefit providers and integration into card platforms.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to enable smooth benefit fulfillment.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with benefit providers and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Work with customer service or LRM teams to address benefit‑related queries and complaints.
- Develop FAQs, training materials, and support guides for internal teams.
- Track benefit utilization, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
