Role Purpose: Manage Covered Card Portfolio to drive business performance and to ensure operations within approved parameters.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Develop and execute Portfolio management strategies to drive increase in ENR and revenue across all card products.
- Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the card portfolio to identify profitable products and segments. Make recommendations on portfolio action steps as necessary.
- Regularly monitor portfolio KPIs market / competitive data to identify gaps and opportunities for further strategy formulation.
- Support in all customer life cycle management activities including activation retention spend growth and balance building.
