About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support an adult gentleman with Alzheimer’s in his own home. He has significant cognitive impairment and requires patient, structured, and reassuring support throughout the day.
Key Duties
- Accompanying him on local walks
- Administering medication at the correct times
- Engaging him in simple games and activities
- Assisting with selecting appropriate clothing
- Preparing meals
- Ordering monthly medication
- Providing calm and consistent support, especially when he becomes impatient or unsettled
About the Individual You Will Support
