Responsibilities
The Care Assistant will:
- Assist residents with personal hygiene care while ensuring dignity and respect.
- Recognise and manage clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and signs of infection, escalating concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with residents and visitors.
