Care Co-Ordinator

Newport with travel across the Isle of Wight We are looking for a Care Co-Ordinator to join our Care & Independent Living team here at Southern Housing. In this role you will providea high-quality administrative support service to colleagues within the Extra Care and Homecare Service. You will be required to work with Registered Managers and teams across Extra Care and Home Care services, coordinating rotas for staff to deliver regulated care services to residents in our homes and schemes and people who live in the wider community. You will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check. The Location Our CQC Registered Office is in Newport, however this is a role that is based in our services across the Island delivery care and support to residents living in our schemes or in their own homes.therefore you will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle with business use insurance.
