Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests received through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
- Coordinate with external parties and internal departments to facilitate safe and appropriate referrals of patients to NUH for outpatient appointments in accordance with hospital protocols and procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the daily functions of the Patient Liaison Centre.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of patient referrals, enquiries, and follow-up actions.
- Support service excellence initiatives and ensure a positive patient experience through professional communication and coordination.
- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
