About the Role
:We are looking for companionate, confident Care Home Manager for a new aged care a facility in a semi-rural South Auckland setting.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will uphold quality standards and foster a positive organisational culture, ensuring delivery of an extraordinary living experiences for residents.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the facility, providing commercially focused leadership to achieve agreed business and financial objectives. With a clinical background and a current APC, you will also work with clinical management to ensure the provision of safe clinical support, leadership and accountability as you lead a dedicated and passionate team in a modern care facility.
