This role involves supporting pupils not only in learning environments but also in community experiences that build life skills, confidence and independence. You will help young people engage in real-world tasks, travel training, leisure activities and broader preparation for adulthood.
Your responsibilities:
• Support pupils during community-based activities and outings.
• Assist with personal care and daily life skills based on individual needs.
• Help reinforce routines, behaviour expectations and positive engagement.
