Overview
Summary: The Caretaker is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of a residential or commercial property. This role involves a wide range of duties, from basic cleaning and repairs to ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Responsibilities
- General Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the property, identifying and addressing any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing leaks, electrical problems, landscaping needs). Conduct minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, painting). Maintain common areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, parking lots) in a clean and presentable condition.
