Job Description
Location: Regional – covering Herts, Bucks, Essex and London
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, plus car allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday

We have a new, exciting opportunity for a Care Trainer to join our Head Office team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, supporting, and continuously improving training across multiple care homes, ensuring that all staff have the knowledge and skills to provide safe, high-quality, and person‑centred care to our residents.
