Requirement 3x 35 hours & 1x 28 hours FTC until February 2027 Your new company We're looking for a passionate and motivated Careers Adviser to support individuals of all ages to make informed decisions about their future.This is a people-focused role centred around coaching and guidance, helping clients build confidence, develop career management skills, and progress into sustainable employment, education or training opportunities. You'll work across a range of settings - including schools, community environments, and partner organisations - delivering both one-to-one and group-based support. No two days are the same.
