Roles & Responsibilities
- To make outbound calls to prospective students and pitch courses offered by the institute
- This is an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE
- To counsel students and parents on the digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and create interest for the courses thus converting maximum enquiries to admissions
- To generate daily walk-ins to the center
- Being responsible for phone counseling to prospective candidates
- To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details
