Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute the Career Services strategy to achieve placement and internship targets, including placement rate and average CTC benchmarks.
- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle for internships and final placements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners to expand placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Deans, faculty, and alumni to identify and unlock new career pathways for students.
