As an Associate for Career Support, you will play a key role in assisting job seekers and driving successful job placements through the Jobley portal.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on performance targets and initiatives designed to support job seekers.
- Advocate for and assist job seekers in their employment journey.
- Help candidates locate suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
- Review, refine, and improve candidate resumes to enhance job matching success.
- Facilitate interview logistics and preparation for candidates.
- Communicate with job seekers and employers via phone calls, emails, and SMS .
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and employers.

- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in US Talent Acquisition , US RPO , or within a US staffing agency
