What the role is:
To provide technical advisory support for the Careers Connect Design and Build project, ensuring quality oversight and informed decision-making throughout the renovation process.
What you will be working on:- Technical Advisory Support: Assist in reviewing vendor proposals, technical specifications, material samples, and shop drawings. Support the Superintendent Officer in evaluating feasibility, quality standards, compliance, and provide technical input for approval decisions.
- Quality Oversight Assistance: Support monitoring of design and build progress from setting‑out through commissioning phases. Assist in identifying potential issues and recommending corrective measures to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
