About the Position
Residential Caregiving Facility is looking for a caregiver who will provide routine daily nursing care to long‑term residents in a 6‑bed residential home facility.
Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
- Must have CPR certification upon hire.
- Must have a negative TB test and undergo a physical before scheduled work.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, and be willing to handle difficult clients.
- Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA privacy laws and maintain confidential information.
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
