  Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  Thursday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM 


• 
  Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM 

Client Needs

•  Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming) 


•  Help with transfers and mobility (client uses a rollator) 


• 
  Meal preparation (renal/low sodium diet)
