A Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents, tenants, or property owners. This includes a wide range of duties such as cleaning, minor maintenance, security tasks, and providing assistance to individuals as needed. Caretakers may work in residential, commercial, or institutional settings, ensuring the property and its occupants are well cared for.
Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.) in common areas and private spaces.
- Conduct basic maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing minor plumbing issues, or fixing broken fixtures.
