Caretaker
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Caretaker for an immediate start at a prominent educational site in Islington. This urgent requirement is to provide essential cover for the existing estates team, ensuring the site remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Role Overview
Pay Rate: £18 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Contract Type: Temporary (Immediate start required).
Location: Islington, London.
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building structures, grounds, and equipment.
Fabric Repairs: Execute practical tasks such as patching walls and fixing leaky faucets to ensure facility standards are met.
