Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with maintenance tasks across all areas of the property with minimal resident disruption.
- Address maintenance issues reported by residents or staff promptly and professionally, prioritising resident comfort and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the maintenance workshop and all plant areas.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and machinery, such as HVAC systems, to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor, maintain and restock tools, equipment and supplies weekly to ensure continuity of service.
- Carry out daily litter pick of grounds, change external bins, sweep external areas and garden maintenance.
- Undertake cleaning duties of rooms and public areas.
