Caretaker

- Part Time Hours (Public Sector) Are you looking for a Caretaker role? Interested in working for a large public body for a period of 12+ months with a possible extension? VANRATH are recruiting a Caretaker to be responsible for opening and closing of building, set up and take down of meeting rooms, all Health and Safety check s and recording keeping, cleaning duties for the building.
The shift pattern is: Mon 6-10pm Tue 8-11am Wed 8-11am Thur 8-11.30am Fri 6-10pm Some flexibility is required to need business requirements and staff leave Remuneration: c£13.69 per hour, alongside holiday entitlement.
Responsibilities Carry out a full range of caretaking duties relating to the Centre and the Sea Cadets Building (e.g.
replacing light bulbs and plugs, minor repairs of equipment,).
Set up and take down equipment for user groups as appropriate....
