As a caretaker you will keep an eye on energy usage and provide meter readings. You will regularly check the fire system and carry out monthly fire door checks. You will also note and report any repair needs through the helpdesk and handle minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, unblocking drains, and minor joinery.
