Key Responsibilities
Opening, securing, and general supervision of the school premises during working hours
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Monitoring health and safety across the site, reporting hazards or defects
Setting up rooms and areas for lessons, meetings, or events as required
Undertaking basic cleaning and site tidiness duties as needed
Receiving and handling deliveries
Liaising with school staff and external contractors
Supporting emergency procedures where necessary ( fire alarms, evacuations)
