Responsibilities
We are seeking a care assistant who is able to provide the highest possible level of care to our residents during the night. Ability to ensure residents dignity and individuality is maintained at all times is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience of care of older people is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, but not essentially, you will have experience in a nursing home environment working to a high standard along with a passion about the care you provide. Your passion and attitude towards providing care for people is as important to us as any qualification. We ask that you treat people with care, compassion, dignity and respect; basically as you would your own family.
