Job Description
**Design of Components and Systems**
+ Develop detailed 3D models for fabrication and assembly of new or retrofit components, assemblies, and systems.
+ Review designs for compliance with applicable local, national, and North American industrial codes and standards (e.g., TSSA, OHSA, CEC/NEC, ASME, ASTM, API).
+ Research and select appropriate components and fabrication methods relevant to packaged equipment design.
+ Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support procurement with component specifications.
+ Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including assembly/installation drawings, layouts, and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
+ Interpret and work with engineering documents such as Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), mechanical/fabrication drawings, and structural drawings.
