Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and constructing wooden structures and fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, staircases, doors and windows. The candidate should have a good eye for detail and a passion for precision.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil or marking gauge.
- Cut materials to size required using hand tools such as saws or chisels.
- Assemble cut and shaped materials and fix them together with nails, screws or glue.
- Construct frameworks including partitions, joists, rafters using raw materials or pre-fabricated items.
- Fit interior components such as skirting boards, door frames etc.
