**Pay Range: $25 – $35**
We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Build high-end residential decks
+ Construct custom playgrounds
+ Read and interpret blueprints
+ Perform framing and structural work
+ Safely operate carpentry tools
+ Conduct material layout and preparation
+ Maintain organized jobsite
+ Communicate with project managers

**Requirements:**

+ 3+ years carpentry experience
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Experience with outdoor builds
