We have an opportunity for a Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a leading social housing provider, supporting responsive maintenance services across Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance as a primary trade within social housing properties.Demonstrating a range of multi-trade skills, including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, mould treatment, and flooring installation.Completing mould washes and treatments, ensuring properties are left safe and in good condition.Delivering high-quality work within a customer-focused environment, ensuring a positive experience for residents.
