This role focuses on repairing, renovating, and preparing modular units and trailers in a shop environment. You will perform hands-on construction tasks such as drywall, flooring, and painting, while using a variety of hand and power tools to ensure each unit meets quality and safety standards before returning to the field.
**Responsibilities**
+ Tear out existing drywall and install new drywall according to the required layout for each project.
+ Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete daily construction and repair tasks.
+ Operate a spray gun to paint the interior and exterior of trailers, ensuring clean, even coverage and proper finish.
+ Remove existing flooring and install new laminate or tile flooring based on customer specifications.
