Job Description
- Structural Framing: Building, erecting, and repairing building frameworks, including walls, floors, partitions, rafters, and roof trusses.
- Finished Carpentry: Installing, installing doors, window frames, molding, trim, drywall, insulation, and kitchen cabinets.
- Measurement and Planning: Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to calculate materials needed and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Material Prep: Cutting, shaping, and smoothing lumber, drywall, and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Site Preparation: Measuring, leveling, and prepping construction sites or renovation areas.
- Collaboration: Working with contractors, electricians, and plumbers to coordinate, install, and fix fixtures.
