- Experience with interior wooden constructions and fit-out
- Comfortable working from drawings and measurements
- Practical mindset - able to find smart, efficient solutions
- Open to reusing materials (e.g. doors/windows from finn.no) when appropriate
- Reliable, honest, and takes pride in good work
