Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Rate: £21.40 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance or disrepair team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and associated general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits
