Job Description
Our client, established in 1936, is a South Australian manufacturer of switchboards and a leader in electrical engineering, contracting, and distribution. Due to their continued success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking Carpenter/Cladder to join their team in Edinburgh, working on building modular rooms for switchboards.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Installation of sheet flooring & windows/doors
- Installation of linings, panelling and mouldings
- Roof cladding & exterior wall cladding
- Erecting light weight steel wall frames and roof trusses
- Constructing eaves
- Reading plans & other general carpentry duties
Successful applicants will have some or all of the following:
- Relevant Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry) with on-site experience
