We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Punch List Carpenter to join our team. This role focuses on completing final-stage construction tasks on commercial and large residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards before turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Complete punch list items on commercial and large residential construction projects
+ Perform touch-up and finish work including:
+ Paint touch-ups and minor repainting
+ Drywall patching, repair, and texture matching
+ Cabinetry adjustments and repairs
+ Trim installation and repairs
+ Door and hardware adjustments
+ Basic carpentry modifications and corrections
+ Identify deficiencies and proactively address quality issues
