Our client is seeking a full-time Carpenter / Skilled Labourer to join their team, based in Balcatta. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
You’ll be working across aged care facilities, so a professional, respectful approach is essential, particularly when working in occupied environments. The role will suit someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
What you’ll be doing:
- General handyman and maintenance work
- Roof tiling, minor roof repairs and leak rectification
- Fencing repairs and installations
- Remedial construction and basic carpentry works
- Room make-good works including carpet removal, patching, minor demolition and reinstatement
