Carrier Sales Representative – Medellín (On-site)
We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representativ e with a strong sales mindset and results‑driven approach to join our team in Medellín. This role is key to securing truck capacity and building strategic relationships with U.S.-based carriers
Responsibilities
- prospect new trucking carriers to build a strong capacity networ
- negotiate rates per load, maximizing margins while meeting revenue goal
- dispatch drivers with clear pickup and delivery instruction
- ensure carriers meet compliance requirements (insurance, operating authority
- track shipments through check calls and tracking tool
- resolve operational issues such as delays or breakdown
- collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- update the TMS with accurate carrier and rate information
