Case Administrator - Solvent Liquidation

You'll be a part of our Corporate Simplification team who help companies close down subsidiaries that are no longer needed in an orderly way. This process, known as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), is used when a company is solvent and able to pay its debts. We have supported the successful closure of thousands of these companies, working both on individual cases and as part of larger projects to simplify corporate structures, often alongside tax, legal and accounting experts.
This is a great opportunity for a university graduate or an administrative candidate to join our dedicated, client-focused team within a successful and expanding international business.
