Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30)



Job Description:

Case Manager required to be cross trained on all units to work in as needed, Acute Care experience required



Requirements:

  • RN License

  • BLS

  • 5 years exp

  • CCM/ACM
