Job Description

 Case Manager - Community Mental Health 

  • Registered Health Care Practitioner - Registered Nurse/Psychiatric Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker
  • Based at Kensington Centre –Timaru Hospital
  • Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5pm

    About the Role
