Job Description
A New Leaf is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to provide support and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence in a 24-hour emergency shelter. In this role, the Case Manager will conduct assessments, develop individualized safety and service plans, and connect clients to vital resources such as housing, legal assistance, counseling, and employment opportunities. Hourly Pay Range
$HS Diploma/GED required & experience working with domestic violence, homeless or economically disadvantaged population required
Knowledge of community resources. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
Bilingual verbally in Spanish, preferred.
Provide case management, crisis intervention, domestic violence education, and resources and referral services to callers on crisis calls and to clients in the shelter.
